How do I generate my first blueprint?

Sign in, click "New Blueprint" from your dashboard, describe your idea in the text field (a sentence or two is enough — more context produces better output), then click "Begin Generation." The process takes about 30–45 seconds.

What should I put in the idea field?

Accepted Answer

Describe your concept in plain language: what it does, who it's for, and how it works. You don't need to be exhaustive — the AI specialists extract the signal from whatever you provide. Example: "A B2B SaaS that helps remote HR teams automate onboarding and compliance tracking." Context drives quality, so 2–4 sentences is ideal.

Yes. IdeaSpark has generated blueprints across B2B SaaS, consumer apps, creator tools, e-commerce, health & wellness, local services, professional services, physical products, and more. The multi-agent architecture adapts to the domain of your idea.

Question 5

How many generations do I get?

Accepted Answer

Free plan: 2 full blueprint generations per calendar month. Starter: 30 per month. Pro: 200 per month. Regenerating an individual section (branding, content, etc.) also counts as 1 credit. Your usage resets on the first of each calendar month (Free) or on your billing anniversary (paid plans).

What happens when I hit my generation limit?

You'll see a notification when you're close to your limit and another when you've reached it. Existing blueprints remain fully accessible — you just can't generate new ones or regenerate sections until your limit resets or you upgrade. You can upgrade at any time from the billing page.

Can I regenerate individual sections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On any blueprint dashboard, click the "Regenerate" button on a section to re-run just that section with specific instructions. You can tell it to change the tone, target a different audience, focus on a specific niche, or anything else. Each section regeneration uses 1 credit.

What is version history?

Accepted Answer

Every time you regenerate a section, the previous version is archived rather than deleted. You can view past versions under the "Strategy Archive" panel on each blueprint, preview any prior version, or restore it to active status with one click.

Question 9

How do I upgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Go to Billing from the user menu or at /billing. You can upgrade to Starter or Pro from there. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your new plan limits activate immediately after payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans are non-refundable for partial periods. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you've generated 5 or fewer blueprints. After 14 days or beyond 5 uses, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active through the annual term. Email ideaspark@nexteraconsult.com with "Refund Request" in the subject.

My payment failed — what do I do?

If a payment fails, you'll see a warning banner on your dashboard and billing page. Click "Update Payment" to open the Stripe portal and update your card. Your subscription stays active during a short grace period while Stripe retries the charge. If it fails repeatedly, your subscription will suspend — update your card to reactivate.

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you signed up with Google, you won't have a password — use "Continue with Google" instead.

How do I change my email address?

Accepted Answer

Email changes require verification of the new address. Go to Settings → Identity Profile from the user menu. If you need help changing your email, contact us at ideaspark@nexteraconsult.com.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Legal & Terms from the user menu. You'll find the account deletion option there. Deleting your account permanently removes your ideas, blueprints, and profile within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law. This action cannot be undone.

Is my idea kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your idea descriptions and all generated blueprints are private to your account. They are not shared with other users, not indexed publicly, and not used to train AI models. When you use the share link feature, only people with that specific link can view the blueprint.

What are the 7 blueprint sections?

Every full blueprint includes: (1) Branding — brand name, tagline, voice, color palette, typography, and logo brief; (2) Content Strategy — viral hooks, social media copy, and video concepts; (3) Target Niches — audience segments with pain points and entry difficulty; (4) Validation Plan — staged experiments from free to paid; (5) Competitor Analysis — competitive landscape and positioning gaps; (6) Financial Model — TAM/SAM/SOM, unit economics, and revenue scenarios; (7) 90-Day Action Roadmap — prioritized milestones and execution steps for your first 90 days.

Can I export blueprints to PDF?

Yes. On any blueprint, click the download icon to export a PDF of that section. You can export each section individually from the blueprint dashboard.

Can I share my blueprint with others?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each blueprint has a share link that generates a public preview page. The preview shows your branding, content strategy, niches, and validation plan. The link can be revoked or regenerated from the blueprint settings at any time.

How accurate is the AI output?

Accepted Answer

IdeaSpark produces strategic frameworks — not verified facts. Financial figures are illustrative estimates, competitor data may be outdated, and market sizing is a starting point, not investment-grade analysis. Use the output to move fast and stress-test ideas, not as a source of record. Always verify critical data independently before acting on it.

My generation got stuck — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Generations normally complete in 30–45 seconds. If the page shows "Processing" for more than 2 minutes, try refreshing — the blueprint may have completed in the background and the page just needs to reload. If sections are missing after refresh, use the "Retry" option on the blueprint dashboard. If the issue persists, contact support.

Question 22

Why does the app ask me to verify my email?

Accepted Answer

Email verification is required before you can generate blueprints or access billing. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from IdeaSpark. If you didn't receive it, click "Resend Email" on the verification banner inside the app.

Question 23

IdeaSpark looks broken on my browser — what's supported?

Accepted Answer

IdeaSpark works best on modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 14+, and Edge 90+. If you're on an older browser, some features may not work correctly. Try clearing your cache and cookies if you experience unexpected behavior.
